Imperial Springs

Imperial Springs is located in the heart of the prime hot springs valley in Conghua, just an hour away from downtown Guangzhou. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and boasting fresh air and unique radon hot springs, Conghua has been a favorite winter holiday destination for China’s leaders since the 1950s and 1960s. Many prominent Chinese and foreign leaders such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping and Richard Nixon chose Conghua as a private retreat.

Imperial Springs covers an area of about 2.5 million square meters, with 37 villas equipped with private hot springs and swimming pools, 90 Chalet rooms, and the Phoenix Mansion – and private butlers on call around the clock.

Imperial Springs has world-class business and leisure facilities, and can accommodate large forums, international summits, or small meetings. A 27-hole golf course, spa center, Chinese and Western style restaurants, leisure and entertainment facilities, and Kingold Museum – one of the largest private museums in South China – can all be found at Imperial Springs. At Bayview in downtown Guangzhou, the city club of Imperial Springs is also available to guests.

Since the opening in 2011, has been successfully held since the Sino-Australian Economic and Trade Exchange Conference, the global economic forum, the global SME Leaders Forum, Chinese enterprises into the Latin American Forum, 2014 China-Australia Economic Forum, 2015 from the International Forum A series of international high-end meetings and forums.



The golf course was designed by world-renowned golfer Colin Montgomerie, and is one of China’s top 27-hole international tournament–level golf courses.


One of the largest private museums in South China, the Kingold Museum has a collection of over 20,000 pieces of art in four main categories: Porcelain, Bronze, Jade, Calligraphy and Painting.


Imperial Springs boasts unique radon hot springs, professional wellness centers, and world-class spa villas and the Imperial Spa. All treatment programs have been designed by first-class professional therapists.


The Imperial Springs ecological farm project covers about 80,000 square meters in the northwestern part of Imperial Springs. It offers guests a natural farm experience, and features an organic orchard, organic vegetable farming, and fishing.
